These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to orders placed by customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, purchases and use of the Swiss webshop operated by DynaTag AG.

DynaTag AG reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

2. Products and Services

DynaTag offers physical marking products as well as digital supplementary services.

All offers are valid as long as they are displayed in the webshop and/or while stocks last. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the delivered product.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is concluded once DynaTag confirms the order by email.

By clicking the button “place order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding order.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory Swiss value-added tax (currently 8.1%).

Accepted payment methods:

  • Advance payment / bank transfer
  • Credit and debit cards (Stripe)
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay (Stripe)

Refunds are made exclusively via the payment method used for the purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is limited exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

The delivery period begins after receipt of payment. Delivery times are non-binding.

The risk passes to the customer only upon actual delivery of the goods.

DynaTag AG shall only be liable for delivery delays caused by shipping service providers to the extent required by mandatory statutory law.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Although Swiss law does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal, DynaTag AG voluntarily grants customers the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

The right of return does not apply to personalised products (e.g. engravings), unless there is a manufacturing or material defect.

7. Warranty

DynaTag grants a warranty of 24 months for material and manufacturing defects.

8. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content is the intellectual property of DynaTag AG.

10. Data Protection

The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Liability

DynaTag is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence as well as within the scope of mandatory statutory provisions.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
