In the browser menu, select 
"Add to Home Screen". Choose a custom name and finish the process by selecting "Add". This will create an icon on your home screen, allowing you to access your QR code as easily as you would with a native app.
Apple: iPhone, iPad (Safari Browser)
Press the icon with the upward arrow next to the address bar 
and choose "Add to Home Screen" from the menu. You can then define a memorable name and complete the process by selecting "Add". This will install a shortcut icon on your home screen.
