In case of loss, the finder can easily identify your luggage via the QR code and quickly get in touch with you. Additionally, you can remotely update your desired delivery address on the luggage tag and display it through Google Maps—ideal for overcoming language barriers or when you prefer not to be disturbed.
Thanks to the integrated pinboard, you can also upload photos of your luggage, making it easier to recognize and identify. This feature is highly recommended by delivery services and Lost & Found service desks.
You decide which information and contact details are displayed through the QR code.
All data can be remotely updated through your smartphone, tablet, or desktop browser at any time—no physical access to the QR code or additional app is needed. Even after losing your luggage, you can conveniently update your location data (e.g., hotel address) on your luggage tag or adjust it for your onward travel.
The practical pocket card for your wallet allows you to access your luggage information even if you no longer have physical access to the tag. Simply scan the pocket card to update the delivery address.
IMPORTANT: An active internet connection is required to access data and contact information.

Open the browser menu and select 
"Add to Home Screen". Choose a custom name and complete the process by clicking "Add". This will place an icon on your home screen, allowing you to access your QR code just like a native app.
Apple: iPhone, iPad (Safari Browser)
Tap the icon with the upward arrow next to the address bar 
and select "Add to Home Screen" from the options. You can then choose a memorable name and complete the process by clicking "Add". This will install a shortcut icon on your home screen.

Protect the printed or engraved QR code from mechanical impacts such as bumps, scratches, or abrasion. Avoid contact with chemical substances or strong sunlight. The item can be cleaned with lukewarm water, soap, and a soft brush with minimal pressure.
Not suitable for washing machines.
If the QR code becomes illegible, you will not lose any data! All data and information are securely stored in a reliable data center and can be linked to a new DynaTag product. Additionally, the data can be accessed and updated at any time in your DynaTag or Thync.it customer account.
