This Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies exclusively to customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and to deliveries within these countries.


1. Voluntary right of cancellation and return

Although Swiss law does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason.

2. Cancellation before shipment

Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before shipment. Please contact us as early as possible by email.

3. Returns after delivery

After receiving the goods, items may be returned within 30 days, provided the conditions listed below are met.

4. Items excluded from return

  • Individually manufactured or personalised products
  • Digital content or software once the download has started
  • Products explicitly marked as “non-returnable”
  • Used, damaged or modified items due to improper use

5. Conditions for returns

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging
  • All components and labels must be included
  • Order number must be provided as proof of purchase
  • Prior contact for return authorisation (RMA) is recommended

7. Damaged or incorrect items

Please report damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items within 14 days of delivery to ensure smooth processing and cost coverage.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for defective or incorrectly delivered items. If you wish to receive a different variant (e.g. colour or size), please return the original item and place a new order.

9. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection of the return
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used
  • Original shipping costs are refunded only in case of an error by DynaTag
  • Partial refunds may apply for damaged or incomplete returns

10. Business customers (B2B)

For orders placed via business accounts or for resale purposes, no right of return applies unless explicitly agreed contractually.
