Terms of Use
For dynatag.com and the global shop selection at shop.dynatag.com. Purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective regional shop.
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Provider: DynaTag AG, Zurich, Switzerland
1. Scope and allocation of offers
These terms describe the use of the information website dynatag.com and the global shop selection at shop.dynatag.com. The provider is DynaTag AG, with its registered office in Zurich, Switzerland.
The website provides information worldwide about DynaTag products and their applications. The global shop currently serves to select the regional offering for Europe or for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It does not provide a separate worldwide sales offering.
Merely using a website or selecting a region does not create a purchase contract or constitute acceptance of regional terms of sale. Individual agreements and mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.
2. Regional shops and terms of sale
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein:shop.dynatag.com/ch/ and shop.dynatag.ch/. The seller is DynaTag AG, Zurich, Switzerland. Purchases concluded there are governed by the CH/LI version made available before the contract is concluded.
- Europe:shop.dynatag.com/eu/ and dynatag.shop/. The seller is DynaTag Europe, Ganzeweide 48 A, 6413 GG Heerlen, Netherlands; KVK 96424249, VAT no. NL867604931B01. Purchases concluded there are governed by the Europe version made available before the contract is concluded.
The domains and subpaths listed provide access to the regional offering. The operator of the global information website and the seller of a regional shop must be distinguished; an order placed in the Europe shop creates a contract with DynaTag Europe. The delivery area, contracting party, total price and terms must be visible in the selected shop before a binding order is placed.
The applicable region is determined by the sales channel offered and the agreed delivery, rather than solely by language, nationality or the domain through which you first became aware of us. Location detection must not replace the binding order summary.
Orders outside the delivery areas offered require a separate offer with clear delivery and contractual terms. This global information version does not constitute terms and conditions of sale for such orders.
3. Product information and availability
Information about QR code products, NFC products equipped with the relevant capabilities, SOS and recovery solutions, and accessories is provided for guidance. Not every product or feature is available in every regional shop.
The description and performance commitments in the selected shop at the time the contract is concluded are decisive for a purchase. This notice does not render specific advertising or an individual assurance non-binding as a general rule.
We maintain our information with reasonable care. Changes to prices, product ranges and content apply to future offers and do not retrospectively change existing contracts. Usage scenes may have been created with AI assistance; binding product characteristics remain unaffected.
4. Distinction from the DynaTag platform
Registration, activation and use of the DynaTag platform are subject to the platform terms provided separately for that purpose. This global website version neither replaces nor amends those terms.
Where a digital service has been agreed as part of a product purchase, the features, durations and statutory rights provided for in the purchase contract remain in place. Separate platform terms must not override mandatory rights arising from the product purchase.
Important: DynaTag is not an emergency call service. Information on this website does not replace medical advice, an emergency call or professional emergency care. No rescue, contact or recovery is guaranteed.
5. Permitted use of the website
You may use the publicly accessible information to obtain information and make lawful purchasing decisions. Uses permitted by law remain allowed.
Unauthorised access to protected areas, attacks on security or availability, the introduction of harmful content and the misuse of contact forms are prohibited. Specific measures against misuse are subject to the statutory requirements.
6. Copyright and trademarks
Trademarks, logos, texts, images, designs and software belong to DynaTag AG or the respective third-party rights holders. Visiting the website does not transfer any trademark or software rights.
Reproduction, publication or commercial use of protected content beyond uses permitted by law requires the necessary authorisation. Rights to content you submit remain with you or the respective rights holders.
7. Links and external services
Links may lead to regional shops, payment services, social networks or other offerings. The respective information and, where validly agreed, terms apply there.
We appropriately identify our own offerings and those of third parties. A link alone does not mean that we adopt all content of a third-party offering as our own. Statutory duties to review and respond, and statutory liability, remain unaffected.
8. Data protection and communication
Information about personal data and the services used can be found in the privacy policy linked on the respective website. Cookie choices are offered separately where required.
Visiting the website or making an enquiry does not constitute blanket consent to advertising or other uses of data requiring consent. We use information provided in an enquiry to process it in accordance with applicable data protection law.
9. Availability and liability
We endeavour to ensure safe and reliable operation. Maintenance or technical disruptions may temporarily affect accessibility. Continuous website availability is not guaranteed without a separate agreement.
We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury and any other mandatory liability is neither excluded nor limited. These website terms do not restrict any claims arising from regional purchase contracts.
10. Enquiries and individual agreements
A general contact, dealer or project enquiry does not yet constitute an order. Whether and when a contract is concluded depends on the respective offer and its acceptance.
The services and costs of individual projects are agreed separately. Without an agreement, a non-binding enquiry does not give rise to chargeable services.
11. Changes and existing contracts
These information and use terms may be updated with effect for the future. Contracts already concluded are governed by the version validly agreed. A new publication does not automatically amend an existing contract.
If a provision is invalid, the statutory provisions apply. The remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent legally possible.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Where a choice of law is permitted, Swiss law applies. Mandatory protective provisions of the applicable law remain unaffected; in particular, consumers are not deprived of any mandatory rights of the country in which they are habitually resident.
Statutory rules on jurisdiction apply to consumers. They are not required to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts. For agreements with business customers, Zurich may be agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction where permitted. Regional terms of sale remain decisive for purchase contracts.
