This payment policy applies exclusively to orders placed by customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
This payment policy explains the accepted payment methods, security standards, invoicing processes, and important conditions for purchases made in our Swiss online shop.
1. Accepted payment methods
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express - via Stripe)
- Google Pay (via Stripe)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer / advance payment
- Payment by invoice (only for verified business customers)
Note: Not all payment methods are available at all times or for all customer groups.
2. Currency
- All prices are displayed and charged in Swiss francs (CHF).
- Prices in euros (€) may be displayed for informational purposes only. The CHF amount is always decisive for billing.
- Any currency conversion is carried out by your bank or payment provider.
3. Payment security
- All payment transactions are SSL encrypted.
- We do not store credit card, Google Pay or PayPal details.
- Payments are processed exclusively via PCI-DSS-compliant providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
4. Order cut-off time
- Orders placed and paid before 12:00 noon (Zurich time, Monday–Friday) are usually processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon, on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
5. Billing & invoices
- After successful payment, you will receive a digital invoice by email.
- Invoices can also be downloaded from your customer account under “Orders”.
- All invoices include Swiss VAT (VAT No. CHE-454.072.787).
6. Bank transfer / advance payment
- Our bank details and your order number will be sent to you by email after completing your order.
- Shipping takes place only after full payment has been received.
- Please always state your order number as the payment reference.
7. Fraud prevention
- Unusual or high-value orders may be subject to additional security checks.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders in case of suspected misuse or fraud.
- Multiple failed payment attempts may result in temporary account suspension.
8. Payment errors & declines
- Please verify your payment details or choose an alternative payment method.
- You may need to enable online payments with your bank.
- If problems persist, please contact us at support@dynatag.com.
9. Refunds & chargebacks
- Refunds are issued exclusively via the original payment method used.
- Refund processing may take up to 14 business days.
- Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
10. Business customers (B2B)
- Payment by invoice is available exclusively for verified business customers.
- Please send inquiries to support@dynatag.com.
11. Non-accepted payment methods
We do not accept:
- Cash on delivery (COD)
- Cryptocurrencies
- Cheques or payment orders
