The DynaTag and Thync.it platforms, the websites www.dynatag.ch and www.dynatag.com, as well as the webshop shop.dynatag.ch are operated and managed by DynaTag AG, based in Zurich (Switzerland).

Data protection, data security, and the responsible handling of personal data are of great importance to us. In this privacy policy, we describe how we collect and process information by which you can be identified (personal data) when you visit our websites, purchase our products, or use our services.

9. Retention Period

10. Data Protection for Children

Our products, such as SOS bracelets, can explicitly be used for children and toddlers, e.g., during major events or travel. Parents or legal guardians may store personal data of the child on the SOS bracelet.

DynaTag does not collect or process data from children without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. The responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and release of this data rests exclusively with the parents or legal guardians.

If we become aware that personal data of a child has been submitted to us directly without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

11. Your Rights

• Access to stored data. You can view and download this directly in your customer account.
• Correction of incorrect data
• Erasure ("Right to be forgotten"). This can be done directly in your customer account.
• Restriction of processing
• Objection to processing or direct marketing
• Data portability
• Withdrawal of given consent
