Description

With the digital event card featuring a unique QR code, every celebration, event, and invitation becomes a special experience and an unforgettable surprise. Using the digital photo album, all participants can upload and share their own photos in the shared album. Personal messages in text or image format can also be stored on the event card.

Participants do not need a user account and do not need to register. Simply scan the QR code and upload photos. The digital photo album will be continuously updated throughout the event.

The data is displayed exclusively to participants who have scanned the QR code or received the URL link. Images can be individually downloaded to smartphones. The administrator (card owner) can download all content exclusively as a ZIP file.

With the integrated slideshow feature, the latest 15 images can be presented online on a video wall, TV, projector, or PC. This allows participants to join the event live.

The administrator can change the cover image and additional information at any time, as well as delete inappropriate photos.

The event card has a storage capacity of 100 MB - which corresponds to approximately 70 images.

The card has a unique QR code, allowing contactless access to the photo album. The card can be placed at the entrance or on a table, and guests can simply scan the QR code on the card. Additionally, it is permitted to duplicate the QR code, meaning it can also be printed on an invitation card or a table display.

IMPORTANT: An active internet connection is required to access the data and contact information.

Tip / Recommendations

Make accessing your data easier without having to scan the QR code again by saving your DynaTag QR code directly to your smartphone.

Android: Smartphone, Tablet (Chrome Browser)

Open the browser menu and select "Add to Home Screen". Choose a custom name and complete the process by clicking "Add". This will create an icon on your home screen, allowing you to easily access your QR code as if it were a native app.

Apple: iPhone, iPad (Safari Browser)

In the browser menu next to the address bar , tap the upward arrow icon and select "Add to Home Screen". You can then choose a memorable name and finish the process by tapping "Add". This will install a shortcut icon on your home screen.

Cleaning / Care

Protect the printed or engraved QR code from mechanical impacts such as bumps, scratches, or abrasion. Avoid contact with chemical substances or prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. The item can be cleaned with lukewarm water, soap, and a soft brush, applying minimal pressure.

Not suitable for washing machines.

If the QR code becomes illegible, you will not lose any data! All data and information are securely stored in a reliable data center and can be linked to a new DynaTag product. Additionally, the data can be accessed and updated at any time in your DynaTag or Thync.it customer account.
