For dynatag.com and the global shop selection at shop.dynatag.com. Learn how we use cookies and how to manage your choices with Cookiebot.
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Controller: DynaTag AG, Zurich, Switzerland
1. Scope
This cookie policy applies to the information website dynatag.com and the global shop selection at shop.dynatag.com. The controller is DynaTag AG, Zurich, Switzerland.
The regional shops at shop.dynatag.com/ch/, shop.dynatag.ch/, shop.dynatag.com/eu/ and dynatag.shop/, and the DynaTag data platform, have separate notices. Their order, payment and platform functions are outside the scope of this policy.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files that a website can store in your browser or on your device. For example, they can recognise a choice or associate information about website usage.
Similar functions can also be implemented using local browser storage, identifiers, pixels or comparable technologies. This policy includes such technologies where they are used on the offerings described here.
Cookies may come from the website you visit or from integrated third-party providers. They may involve personal data such as identifiers and usage information. Pseudonymous identifiers are not automatically anonymous data.
3. Cookiebot and your choices
On both websites, we use Cookiebot by Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark, to manage your cookie and tracking choices. Cookiebot displays the available choices, stores your decision and makes it available to control the integrated services.
Data processed includes your choice, its timestamp, a consent identifier, information about the page visited and your browser, and technical connection data. This information helps us respect your choice and demonstrate it.
You can reject optional categories and later change or withdraw consent with effect for the future. Simply using the website or accepting terms of use does not constitute consent to optional analytics or advertising.
Further information is available in the Cookiebot privacy policy and in the privacy policy of the respective DynaTag website.
4. Categories and services used
Cookiebot distinguishes, in particular, necessary cookies, preferences, statistics and marketing. These categories describe different purposes; displaying them does not mean that every website actually uses cookies in each category.
| Category / service | Purpose | Status on the global offerings |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary Cookiebot and technical functions | Managing your consent choices and providing technically necessary functions. On dynatag.com, this also includes the Cloudflare infrastructure in front of the website for protection and delivery; the specific security cookies depend on the functions enabled. | Cookiebot is active on both websites. Cloudflare is used as a proxy on dynatag.com and solely for DNS management without a proxy on shop.dynatag.com. Technical logging must be distinguished from optional usage analytics. |
| Preferences | Recognising a desired setting, such as language or region, if it is stored. | The specific classification depends on the function used. Not every stored setting is automatically technically necessary. |
| Statistics Google Analytics 4 (GA4) | Statistical analysis of page views, interactions and use of our offerings. | Active on dynatag.com and the global shop selection. Data is sent to GA4 only after you consent through Cookiebot. Google Signals is disabled. |
| Marketing Google Ads conversion tracking – planned | Attributing actions following ad clicks to measure the effectiveness of our ads. | Being set up for both global websites. Measurement is planned only after the appropriate consent through Cookiebot. Remarketing is not planned for this global version. |
The overview above describes the services and their agreed use. The Cookiebot declaration below shows the cookies and comparable technologies detected in the latest Cookiebot scan, with their category and associated information, particularly the provider, purpose and lifetime. The declaration is updated using available scan results; it is not a real-time measurement.

5. Consent and legal bases
We require your consent for optional analytics. The planned Google Ads conversion measurement is also intended to be activated only after your corresponding consent. Rejecting optional categories does not prevent visits to the information website or the selection of a regional shop.
Necessary storage access serves the functions you expressly request or technically necessary delivery. Requirements for accessing information on your device must be distinguished from the legal bases for subsequent processing of personal data.
We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant rules on device access. Where the GDPR applies, consent-dependent analytics is based on Article 6(1)(a). Technically necessary processing of personal data may, in particular, be based on the legitimate interest in secure website operation under Article 6(1)(f). Consent management is subject to the bases explained in our privacy policy.
6. Lifetimes and retention
Session cookies generally apply for one browser session. Persistent cookies remain stored until they expire or are deleted earlier. Browser functions may shorten their actual lifetime.
Cookiebot’s consent cookie stores your choice for up to twelve months by default. A shorter configured or browser-imposed period is possible. The banner may reappear after expiry or when a new request is required.
A cookie’s lifetime is separate from the retention of data already transmitted. GA4 retention of user and event data is set to 14 months. The period for the user identifier starts again upon new activity. This does not state the lifetime of all Google cookies or the retention of all aggregated statistical reports.
The lifetimes of cookies actually used depend on their respective configuration and are stated in the related cookie information. Consent records are retained to the extent necessary to demonstrate and respect your decision. Further information on data retention is available in our privacy policy.
7. Changing settings and withdrawing consent
You can reopen your choices at any time using the button below or the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of the respective website.
You can deselect optional categories there and save your changed choice. This withdraws the relevant consent with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing before withdrawal remains unaffected. Withdrawal does not automatically delete all data previously processed lawfully.
You can also view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Manually deleting cookies is separate from changing the consent choice stored with us and may lead to a new request. Blocking necessary cookies or storage access may restrict functions you expressly request.
8. Data protection, recipients and your rights
Use of the services described may involve transmitting personal data to the respective providers. These include Usercentrics for Cookiebot and Google for GA4 or the planned Google Ads conversion tracking. Cloudflare is also involved in delivering dynatag.com. International processing, particularly in the USA, may be involved depending on the service.
The privacy policy of the respective website explains recipients, processing locations and transfer bases, as well as your rights to access, rectification, deletion and further rights under applicable data protection law. You can find it in the footer under “Privacy Policy”.
You can send your requests to support@dynatag.com and contact a competent data protection supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Where the GDPR applies, its complaint options remain available.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our offerings, technologies used or legal requirements change. The current version is available on this page. A new version does not replace any required consent.
Before the planned Google Ads conversion tracking goes live, the information will be adapted to the actual setup.
