This shipping policy applies exclusively to deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
1. Delivery regions
We deliver exclusively to the following regions:
- Switzerland
- Liechtenstein
2. Shipping service provider
Shipping is carried out exclusively via Swiss Post.
3. Currency
All prices in the Swiss webshop are displayed and charged in Swiss francs (CHF).
4. Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the webshop and include postage, packaging and handling fees.
- Order value below CHF 50: B-Post shipping costs: CHF 5.00 incl. VAT (Economy)
- Order value below CHF 50: A-Post shipping costs: CHF 9.00 incl. VAT (Priority)
- Order value from CHF 50: free shipping (Switzerland & Liechtenstein only)
5. Delivery times

Order cut-off time: Orders received and paid before 16:00 noon (Zurich time) are usually processed on the same business day (Mon–Fri).
6. Delivery conditions
Delivery is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of Swiss Post. DynaTag AG is liable for delays caused by the shipping service provider only within the scope of mandatory statutory provisions.
7. Shipment tracking
If shipment tracking is available for the selected shipping method, you will receive a tracking number by email with the shipping confirmation.
8. Address changes
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct during checkout. Address changes after placing the order are only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed or handed over to Swiss Post.
9. Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. After shipment, our return policy applies.
10. Transport damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report the damage immediately upon delivery. In addition, please contact us within 48 hours at support@dynatag.com and provide photos of the damage.
11. Returns
- The sender bears the costs for returns unless the goods are defective or damaged.
- Refunds are processed in accordance with our return policy.
