Our products are designed to be durable and suitable for everyday use. If a defect or issue should nevertheless occur, we offer a reliable repair and spare parts service.

How does the repair service work?

  1. Contact us: Please send an email to support@dynatag.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the defect.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review your request and inform you whether a repair is possible or whether a replacement is required.
  3. Return shipment: You send the affected product to our service address. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is covered by warranty or is a manufacturing defect.
  4. Processing time: Usually 5–10 business days after receipt of the product.

Whether lost, damaged or expanded – we ensure that your DynaTag product continues to function reliably. Data from lost or damaged products can be transferred to a new product. When ordering a replacement product, please make sure to provide the registration email address or the URL link of your defective product.
