Description
The SOS emergency bracelet with a silicone band and double-secured clasp is highly durable and supports the rapid identification of the wearer by assisting personnel or a doctor during a medical emergency or accident.
Important contacts such as family, friends, doctors, or caregivers can be directly alerted at the push of a button in the web app. The wearer decides during configuration which information and data are important and should be displayed.
The SOS emergency bracelet is configured within moments and ready for immediate use.
Thanks to cloud-based data storage, the information is securely and reliably stored, protecting it from unauthorized access. All data can be updated at any time via a smartphone, tablet, or PC using an individual user account (login).
The unique bulletin board function allows the exchange of current photos and text messages in real-time during an emergency situation between all involved persons, without requiring them to manually exchange contact details.
All individuals who have scanned the QR code of the emergency bracelet or have been alerted via the URL link by email can access the bulletin board and emergency data. Using the bulletin board does not require registration.
IMPORTANT: An active internet connection is required to access the data and contact information.

Instruction Manual
The online user manual and FAQs for the emergency wristbands, bracelets or clips can be accessed at any time via the main menu in the web app when you are logged in with your user account.

Recommentation: Installation on Smartphones
Make it easier to access your data without having to scan the QR code again by saving it directly to your smartphone.
Android: Smartphone, Tablet (Chrome browser)
In the browser menu, select 
“Add to Home screen”. Choose a name and complete the process by tapping “Add”. An icon will then appear on your home screen. Just like a native app, you can now easily access your QR code online.
Apple: iPhone, iPad (Safari browser)
In the browser menu 
next to the address bar, tap the icon with the upward arrow and select “Add to Home Screen”. You can then choose a memorable name and finish the process by tapping “Add”. A shortcut icon will be added to your home screen.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Protect the printed or engraved QR code from mechanical damage such as impacts, scratches, or abrasion. Avoid contact with chemical substances or intense sunlight. The item can be cleaned with lukewarm water, soap, and a soft brush using light pressure.
Not suitable for washing machines.
If the QR code still becomes unreadable, you won’t lose any data! All data and information are securely stored in a reliable data center and can be linked to a new DynaTag product. Additionally, your data can be accessed and updated at any time via your DynaTag or Thync.it customer account.

The engraved QR code on the metal clip links to a personal emergency web app containing essential information such as medical data, emergency contacts, and even a pinboard where all involved parties can exchange images and text messages in real time without registration.
What information can be accessed via the QR code?
By scanning the QR code, a finder or emergency responder (e.g., in a crisis) can access the following information:

- ✔ Personal details for clear identification of the injured person (e.g., profile picture, age, gender)
- ✔ Important medical data (e.g., allergies, medications, vaccinations)
- ✔ Location tracking of the finder’s smartphone and transmission to the emergency contact
- ✔ A virtual pinboard for uploading and sharing images
How secure is my data on the web app?
Privacy is our top priority. All data stored with us is strictly confidential and will never be analyzed or shared with third parties.
You have full control over which information is visible when the QR code is scanned.
We recommend storing sensitive data separately or sharing it personally with your emergency contact in advance.
An additional password protection feature will be available soon.
What happens when someone scans my QR code?
When the QR code is scanned, your personal emergency page automatically opens in the smartphone's browser—no additional app is required. The location of the person who scanned the code can also be detected and shared (legal consent from the finder is required). This way, loved ones can see where you were last located. Ideal for emergencies or individuals with dementia.
Can I update or change the data myself?
Yes! With your purchase, you’ll receive free access to your personal user account (created during activation). From there, you can update information remotely at any time, upload new images, or modify existing details—easily from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Are there any subscription fees or monthly costs?
No! With your purchase, your SOS emergency wristband can be used without any additional costs for a full 5 years. After that, it can be extended for another 5 years with a one-time renewal fee.
