The magnetic SOS clip made of durable silicone enables quick identification of the wearer by first responders. With a single click in the web app, important contacts such as family, friends, doctors, or caregivers can be alerted directly.
Thanks to its practical clip function, the SOS clip can be easily attached to clothing or sports equipment. The non-slip silicone material ensures a secure hold—whether in everyday life, during sports, or while traveling.
The wearer decides which personal and medical data should be displayed. Setup takes only a few minutes, and the SOS clip is ready for use immediately. Thanks to cloud-based data storage, all information is securely protected and accessible at any time. Changes can be made at any time using a smartphone, tablet, or PC via the personal user account.
A special feature is the digital pinboard: In an emergency, photos and messages can be exchanged between all involved parties—without sharing personal contact details. All individuals who have scanned the QR code or were notified via the alert email will receive access. No registration is required to use the pinboard.
IMPORTANT: An active internet connection is required to access the data and contact information.

Recommentation: Installation on Smartphones
Make it easier to access your data without having to scan the QR code every time and save your QR code directly on your smartphone.
Android: smartphone & tablet (Chrome browser)
Select 
‘Add to Home screen’ from the browser menu. Enter a custom name and complete the process by tapping ‘Add’. An icon will be created on your home screen. Similar to a native app, you can now access your QR code online at any time with a single tap.
Apple: iPhone & iPad (Safari browser)
In the browser menu 
next to the address bar, tap the icon with the upward arrow and select ‘Add to Home Screen’. You can then choose a suitable name and finish the process by tapping ‘Add’. This will install a shortcut icon on your home screen.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Protect the printed or engraved QR code from mechanical impacts such as knocks, scratches, or abrasion. Avoid contact with chemical substances and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. If necessary, the item can be cleaned using lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft brush with light pressure.
Not suitable for machine washing.
Keep the clip away from electronic devices. The magnet may damage electronic components.
If the QR code should nevertheless become unreadable, no data will be lost! All information is securely stored in a Swiss data center and can be reconnected to a new DynaTag product at any time. In addition, the data can always be accessed and updated in your DynaTag or Thync.it customer account.

We recommend storing sensitive data separately or sharing it personally with your emergency contact in advance.

What happens when someone scans my QR code?
When the QR code is scanned, your personal emergency page automatically opens in the smartphone's browser—no additional app is required. The location of the person who scanned the code can also be detected and shared (legal consent from the finder is required). This way, loved ones can see where you were last located. Ideal for emergencies or individuals with dementia.
Can I update or change the data myself?
Yes! With your purchase, you’ll receive free access to your personal user account (created during activation). From there, you can update information remotely at any time, upload new images, or modify existing details—easily from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Are there any subscription fees or monthly costs?
No! With your purchase, your SOS emergency wristband can be used without any additional costs for a full 5 years. After that, it can be extended for another 5 years with a one-time renewal fee.
