Description
The modern blue SOS emergency wristband with a durable silicone strap and double-secured clasp is especially resilient and supports quick identification of the wearer by first responders or medical professionals in the event of a medical emergency or accident.
Important contacts such as family, friends, doctors, or caregivers can be notified immediately after scanning the QR code via the web app (no app download required). The wearer decides during setup which information and data should be displayed.
The SOS emergency wristband can be configured in just a few moments using a smartphone and is ready for use immediately.
Thanks to cloud-based data storage in Switzerland, all information is securely and reliably stored and protected from unauthorized access. All data can be updated at any time using a smartphone, tablet, or PC via the personal user account (login).
The unique pinboard feature enables real-time exchange of photos and text messages between all involved parties—without the need to exchange contact information in advance.
All persons who have scanned the QR code or received the alert via email link can access the pinboard and emergency data. No registration is required to use the pinboard.
IMPORTANT: An active internet connection is required to access the data and contact information.

Instruction Manual
The online user manual and FAQs for the emergency wristbands, bracelets or clips can be accessed at any time via the main menu in the web app when you are logged in with your user account.

Recommentation: Installation on Smartphones
Make it easier to access your data without having to scan the QR code again by saving it directly to your smartphone.
Android: Smartphone, Tablet (Chrome browser)
In the browser menu, select 
“Add to Home screen”. Choose a name and complete the process by tapping “Add”. An icon will then appear on your home screen. Just like a native app, you can now easily access your QR code online.
Apple: iPhone, iPad (Safari browser)
In the browser menu 
next to the address bar, tap the icon with the upward arrow and select “Add to Home Screen”. You can then choose a memorable name and finish the process by tapping “Add”. A shortcut icon will be added to your home screen.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Protect the printed or engraved QR code from mechanical damage such as impacts, scratches, or abrasion. Avoid contact with chemical substances or intense sunlight. The item can be cleaned with lukewarm water, soap, and a soft brush using light pressure.
Not suitable for washing machines.
If the QR code still becomes unreadable, you won’t lose any data! All data and information are securely stored in a reliable data center and can be linked to a new DynaTag product. Additionally, your data can be accessed and updated at any time via your DynaTag or Thync.it customer account.

What information can be accessed via the QR code?
By scanning the QR code, a finder or emergency responder (e.g., in a crisis) can access the following information:

- ✔ Location tracking of the finder’s smartphone and transmission to the emergency contact

How secure is my data on the web app?
Privacy is our top priority. All data stored with us is strictly confidential and will never be analyzed or shared with third parties.
You have full control over which information is visible when the QR code is scanned.
We recommend storing sensitive data separately or sharing it personally with your emergency contact in advance.
An additional password protection feature will be available soon.
What happens when someone scans my QR code?
When the QR code is scanned, your personal emergency page automatically opens in the smartphone's browser—no additional app is required. The location of the person who scanned the code can also be detected and shared (legal consent from the finder is required). This way, loved ones can see where you were last located. Ideal for emergencies or individuals with dementia.
Can I update or change the data myself?
Yes! With your purchase, you’ll receive free access to your personal user account (created during activation). From there, you can update information remotely at any time, upload new images, or modify existing details—easily from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Are there any subscription fees or monthly costs?
No! With your purchase, your SOS emergency wristband can be used without any additional costs for a full 5 years. After that, it can be extended for another 5 years with a one-time renewal fee.
