After scanning the QR code, the DynaTag WebApp opens directly in the smartphone’s web browser. No additional app needs to be installed. First responders, rescue personnel, doctors or people providing assistance can immediately view the approved information.

The wearer decides during configuration which data should be displayed. Emergency contacts, health information, personal details and important notes can be updated anytime via the personal user account.

Cloud-based data storage in Switzerland ensures that the data is stored securely and reliably. Changes can be made conveniently using a smartphone, tablet or PC.

Attachment and Use

The SOS emergency clip can be flexibly attached to clothing, bags, jackets, backpacks or sports equipment. The non-slip silicone material and magnetic clasp provide secure and easy handling.

Make sure to wear the clip in a clearly visible position so that first responders or rescue workers can quickly recognise and scan the QR code in an emergency.

Cleaning and Care

Protect the integrated QR code, the silicone material and the magnetic clasp from strong mechanical impact such as scratches, cuts or heavy abrasion.

If needed, the clip can be cleaned with lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents, solvents and prolonged contact with chemical substances.

Check the QR code regularly for good readability, especially if the clip is frequently used during sports, travel or everyday activities.

Not suitable for washing machines.

If the QR code still becomes unreadable, no data will be lost. All information is securely stored on the Swiss DynaTag data platform and can be linked to a new DynaTag product at any time.

Product Replacement

There are no classic spare parts for the SOS emergency clip. If the clip is damaged, lost or the QR code is no longer clearly readable, a replacement product with the same QR code can be requested.

This means the existing emergency data remains available and does not need to be entered again. The replacement product is linked again to the same digital DynaTag SOS page.

You decide which information is publicly visible when the QR code is scanned.

We recommend storing highly sensitive information separately or providing it directly to your emergency contact person.

What happens when someone scans my QR code?

When scanned, your individual emergency page automatically opens in the smartphone's browser. No additional app is required.

The finder’s location can also be recorded and shared, provided the finder gives consent as required by law. This allows relatives or caregivers to know where you were last seen. Ideal for emergencies or people with dementia.

Can I update or change the information myself?

Yes. With your purchase, you receive free access to your personal user account. There, you can update information, upload new photos, or modify existing details at any time and from anywhere using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Are there any subscription fees or monthly costs?

No. Your SOS Emergency Bracelet or Clip can be used without restrictions for 5 years from the date of purchase at no additional cost. After 5 years, the service can be extended for another period with a one-time renewal fee.
