Shared emergency contacts, health data and personal notes can be accessed via the individual QR code directly in the smartphone browser. Important basic details can also be written directly on the card.

On Android, this is done via the browser menu. On iPhone and iPad, use the share icon and “Add to Home Screen”.
The SOS Emergency Card should be carried clearly visible in a wallet or ID sleeve. For the SkimGuard function, it should be placed as close as possible to bank or credit cards.

Protect the QR code and card surface from scratches, bending and heavy abrasion. If needed, clean the card with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Avoid aggressive cleaning agents, solvents and prolonged contact with chemical substances.
Do not bend, do not cut and do not clean in the washing machine.

If the card is damaged, lost or the QR code is no longer clearly readable, a replacement card with the same QR code can be ordered.
Access to digital emergency data requires an active internet connection. The card contains no battery, no electronics and does not need to be charged.

First responders, finders, or medical personnel also do not need an app to scan the QR code and view the shared information.
Who can see my stored emergency information?Anyone who scans the QR code or receives a shared access link can view the information you have chosen to share.
You decide which information is visible. Sensitive information should therefore be selected carefully and reviewed regularly.
How secure is my information on the DynaTag WebApp?Your stored information is not sold, analyzed, or shared with third parties.
All data is stored on the Swiss DynaTag data platform. You can manage, update, or remove your information at any time.
What happens when someone scans my QR code?After scanning, your personal emergency page opens directly in the smartphone's browser.
Depending on your configuration, emergency contacts, medical information, personal notes, and other details may be displayed. The person scanning the QR code can also share their location if desired.
Can I update or change my information myself?Yes. Using your personal user account, you can update, add, or delete information at any time.
Updates can be made using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Does the card also protect my bank and credit cards?Yes. The SOS Emergency Card also includes a SkimGuard and RFID protection function.
For optimal protection, the card should be placed as close as possible to your bank or credit cards inside your wallet.
Are there any subscription fees or monthly costs?No. The SOS Emergency Card includes 5 years of use without any additional monthly fees.
After the 5-year period, the service can be extended with a one-time renewal fee.
What happens if the card is lost or damaged?If the card is lost or damaged, a replacement card with the same QR code can be ordered.
Your existing information remains available and does not need to be entered again.
